- Sit down together and really listen to what your needs and hopes are: Neighbourhood, Style of Housing, Location, Condition, Age and of course Price Range.
- Discuss Financing options and give suggestions and ideas if desired, from the wealth of
Contacts I have in the Mortgage field.
- Go over what additional costs and expenses to be prepared for when your purchase is finalized.
- When you’re ready, select homes to view that fit your parameters from the vast choice available on the MLS.
- Once the right home is found, prepare a thorough, legal Contract of Purchase & Sale to offer the Seller.
- When acting as your Buyer’s Agent, negotiate all terms of the offer professionally and effectively.
- Once terms of Contract are agreed to by Seller and Buyer, assist you
in the various aspects of removing your Conditions or Subjects such as a
Home Inspection.
- When Contract is firm, facilitate the deposit cheque and forward all paperwork to the
Lawyer or notary of your choice.
- Give you complimentary, personalized Change of Address Cards
- Close to Possession Date, ensure all paperwork is on schedule and that key and access arrangements are all in place.
- Post Sale – Will be in touch to make sure everything is fine and to let you know I’m still there.
